Since 2010, significant strides have been made in understanding sustainable health equity, leading to the development of the Global Atlas of Health Inequity. However, the persistent trend of intra and intergenerational inequity highlights the urgent need for a shift in our concepts of wellbeing in sustainable equity (WISE), applied to sociopolitical and economic models, as well as our individual and collective ethics and lifestyle.
